Now that you are on our site. Go to our “Shop Linen Rentals” section. Then select and add your desired items to your cart and proceed to check out.

You will receive a confirmation email for your order. (Please look over and make sure that everything looks correct. Especially rental dates and linen sizes.)

How and when will I get the linen order?2022-02-15T01:02:42+00:00

On the day of your check in date we will deliver/drop off the linens to your vacation rental in our reusable packaging. You do not have to be present.

How and when do I return my linen order?2022-02-15T01:02:48+00:00

On the day of check out please place the linens in the reusable packaging they came in and leave them outside your vacation rental.

If you need to change an order, please email us at info@whitestarlinens.com as soon as you know of any changes.  We will do our best to accommodate any and all changes.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?2022-02-15T01:02:59+00:00

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@whitestarlinens.com as soon as you know you need to cancel.  Orders can be cancelled free of charge if done 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery date (check in date).  Orders cancelled within 7 days of your delivery (check in date) will be subject to a fee (see Terms and Conditions).
