Introduction

White Star Linens LLC is in the service to provide its customers with bedding linens on a rental basis.  The following terms and conditions apply to the general use of this website as well as all transaction directed through this site.

Placing Orders

Place all orders through our site.  Making sure to apply the appropriate arrival and departure dates and rental address needed for your rental.  All orders can be processed using a major credit card on our site.  We highly encourage placing your orders well in advance of your anticipated rental date(s).

Reviewing Orders

Please review orders when you receive your confirmation email.  Be sure to check that the dates, address and products ordered are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please alert us via email (info@whitestarlinens.com) as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Changes

A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least two 14 days prior to your check in date.  Any changes to orders done 7 days prior to check in date will incur a 3% fee.  Any changes to orders done less than 7 days to your check in date will incur a $50 flat rate charge.  Depending on the timing of the change we may not be able to accommodate.  If that is the case you will not be charged the fee.

Delivery

Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 5:00pm on the day of your check in.  We will do our best to put the items in your rental or in a secure location outside your rental.  When you arrive, you are responsible to check your order to make sure all the items were delivered in good condition.  Please keep the container that the linens were delivered in as you will use this at the end of your stay.

Rental Period

If you need to wash the linens during your rental period, please wash in cold water with whites only and DO NOT USE bleach.

Departure

On the day of check out please place the linens in the reusable packaging they came in and leave them outside your vacation rental.  A $60 fee will be charged if items are locked inside the rental unit.  A $25 fee will be charged if the items are not in the container we provided.

Damage or Loss

All items rented will be inspected for damages when they are picked up.  Depending on the damage you will be charged either 50% or 100% of the replacement cost.  The replacement cost of each item is 2.5 times the weekly rental fee as listed on the site.  (The delivery / departure container has a flat $25 replacement cost)

Jurisdictions

White Star Linens LLC reserves the right to limit the rental of their products and services to a specific geographic area.

Warranties

All items are rented without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.  In no event shall White Star Linens LLC be liable for any breach of contract in an amount that exceeds the rental price for the items.  White Star Linens LLC, reserves the right to refuse service, terminate an order and accounts in its discretion, including without limitation, if White Star Linens LLC feels that a customer violates any laws or is harmful to the interests of White Star Linens LLC.  White Star Linens LLC is not liable for any damages of any kind that may result to the buyer from the use of the materials rented or any services described hereon.
